Jude and Sam's dream destination wedding in Tuscany

There are wedding destinations  that take your breath away the moment you see them. And Pienza in Tuscany is definitely one of them. A little town made of stone, perched on top of a small hill. In the morning when fog fills the valley it looks like town floating on a massive cloud. Fig trees grow in the cracks of hundreds year old walls and smells of delicious food fill the air. This is Pienza.

Terre Di Nano is a wedding venue to match the town. Also perched on a small hill, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. A place where pizza oven is a size of a small house :)

My location scouting consisted mainly of trying make a decision - every place I came across looked like a postcard :)

This was the longest wedding I photographed and this is the longest wedding day blog post.

But what a day it was... Ceremony at the 12th century church, exploring back alleys with Jude and Sam and enjoying the sunset with their friends on the grounds of Terre Di Nano. Putting my cameras away for a few hours and joining the fun only to pick them back up in time for the sunrise.

Wedding photography to me is just telling the story of the place and people with all the fun and genuine moments included.

This is Jude and Sam's weddingstory.
